Terms & Conditions

The plain-English rules that govern every PGL engagement. Last updated 21 June 2026.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the Client”, “the User”) and Prismatic Global Legacy LLP (“PGL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India (LLPIN ACN-5299, GSTIN 10ABHFP1958J1Z7). By using this website, engaging any PGL service, or signing up to any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1. Who we are

Prismatic Global Legacy LLP is a registered LLP under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, providing publishing, business setup, e-commerce, cyber-safety, social-impact and consultant-network services. Our registered office is in Vaishali, Bihar, India, and all our work is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. What you agree to

By engaging PGL — whether through this website, a quotation, an email exchange, a WhatsApp conversation, an invoice or a signed work order — you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any specific terms that apply to the plan or service you choose (for example, plan inclusions stated on our plans pages). If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.

3. Services & deliverables

The exact scope of each engagement is defined by the plan or quotation you accept. Where there is a conflict between a specific quotation and these Terms, the quotation prevails for that engagement. Common services include:

  • Self-publishing under Get Published (Free, Basic, Author’s Desk, Bestseller).
  • Business registration, GST, trademark and MSME support under Launchpad.
  • E-commerce and small-business website development.
  • Cyber-safety education and survivor support.
  • Free Publishing Program and other social-impact work under Social Work.
  • The freelance consultant network under Career Quest Community (CQC).
  • Author, business, cyber and e-commerce workshops.

4. Payment & GST

Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on this website are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added at the applicable rate at the time of invoicing. Payments must be made through the PGL official invoice and the payment channels listed on it — we will never ask you to transfer funds to an individual account, an unverified UPI handle, or any third party claiming to represent PGL. Engagements typically begin only after the agreed advance has been received.

All invoices are issued from Prismatic Global Legacy LLP under GSTIN 10ABHFP1958J1Z7. If you do not receive a GST invoice for a payment, please tell us immediately via the contact options below.

5. ISBN, Amazon & external dependencies

Where a plan includes ISBN registration, we register the ISBN through the Government of India’s Raja Rammohun Roy National Agency for ISBN (RRRNA), operating under the Book Promotion Division, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education. ISBN processing timelines are set by RRRNA, not by PGL. Where a plan includes a retailer listing (Amazon Kindle, Google Books, etc.), the final approval, indexing, and visibility of your listing are governed by the retailer’s own policies and timelines, which we cannot override.

6. Author ownership & content rights

You own your work. PGL does not buy out, acquire, license or claim any ownership of your manuscript, characters, brand, product designs or other intellectual property simply because you engage our publishing or business services. Any limited licence we need (for example, to format, list or promote your book) is restricted to that purpose only, and ends when the engagement ends — unless you explicitly grant otherwise in writing.

You confirm that all content you provide to PGL is yours, lawfully licensed to you, and does not infringe any third party’s rights. You are solely responsible for the factual accuracy and legality of the content you submit.

7. Career Quest Community (CQC) terms

CQC is a commission-based opportunity, not a salaried job. There are no ranks, tiers, downlines or multi-level structures. By joining CQC you agree to:

  • Earn 28% commission on every successful publishing lead that is paid to PGL through the official PGL payment gateway during the first 90 days; rates thereafter are subject to performance review.
  • Receive a free internet allowance as described on the CQC page; no other benefits, perks or guarantees apply.
  • Never accept payments from clients into your personal account — all client payments must flow through PGL’s official invoice and payment gateway.
  • Honestly represent PGL’s services to clients, with no inflated claims, no “guaranteed bestseller” promises, and no MLM-style recruitment language.

8. Cancellations & refunds

Because our services involve creative production, regulated registrations, and third-party processing fees, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the engagement:

  • Before work begins: you may cancel for a full refund less any payment-gateway charges already incurred.
  • After production starts but before ISBN/external submission: we may refund the unutilised portion of the fee at our discretion, less time and material already spent.
  • After ISBN submission or retailer listing: ISBN registration is a non-refundable government process; retailer listing fees are non-refundable once incurred. Any remaining services may be re-scheduled where reasonable.
  • CQC commissions: are payable only after the client’s payment has cleared and the engagement has begun. Refunded client payments roll back the related commission.

9. What we don’t guarantee

We work hard, and we’ll always tell you what realistically helps. We do not guarantee:

  • That your book will become a bestseller, or reach any specific sales/ranking number.
  • Any specific number of leads, conversions, or income from CQC.
  • That a third-party retailer will approve, keep, or promote your listing.
  • The uninterrupted availability of this website, any third-party service we integrate with, or any government portal we depend on.

10. Your conduct

You agree not to use PGL services or this website to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or that violates anyone’s privacy.
  • Impersonate any person, including any PGL team member or partner.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, scrape protected content (such as GST certificates served by our DRM viewer), or interfere with site security.
  • Use PGL branding without written consent, or recruit on PGL’s behalf without an active CQC agreement.

11. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PGL’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you have actually paid to PGL for that specific engagement. PGL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of expected revenue, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law.

12. Our trademarks & site IP

“Prismatic Global Legacy”, “PGL”, related marks, the site design, source code, written content, and the underlying data structures are owned by Prismatic Global Legacy LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, mirror or create derivative works of any part of this site without our prior written consent, other than for ordinary personal browsing.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vaishali, Bihar shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or any PGL engagement. Before approaching the courts, you agree to first contact us in good faith via the channels below so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when our services change, when laws or regulations change, or when we improve clarity. Material changes will be highlighted on this page along with a refreshed “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
