Earn by Helping People Use PGL Honestly.
A transparent, commission-based path for freelance consultants — across publishing, business setup, e-commerce, cyber-safety and workshops. Clear rules, GST-backed payouts, no false promises.
The Career Quest Community (CQC) is Prismatic Global Legacy LLP’s commission-based program for Authorized Freelance Consultants. Members earn a fixed 28% commission on every successful, GST-invoiced lead during their first 90 days, after which the rate is performance-reviewed. Commission applies across all PGL services — publishing, business setup, e-commerce, cyber-safety and workshops. All client payments must flow through PGL’s official payment gateway. Each clause of the consultant agreement has its own terms and conditions, shared by email before signing.
Let’s be direct from the first line, because that’s the whole point of this page: CQC is a commission-based opportunity, not a salaried job. You earn when you successfully introduce a client who engages PGL through the official, GST-invoiced process — in any service area. No fixed salary, no guaranteed income, and no reward for “recruiting” other people. If that honesty is what you’re looking for, read on.
Commission across every PGL service.
CQC isn’t limited to author leads. If you bring PGL a lead that converts into a paid, GST-invoiced engagement — in any of our service areas — you earn the same transparent 28% commission during your first 90 days.
Author leads for Basic, Author's Desk or Bestseller plans
Business registration, GST, trademark, MSME leads
Website and online-store leads
School, college, corporate workshop leads
Any of the four workshop topics
Any legitimate PGL engagement that produces a GST invoice
A documented onboarding — not a click-and-go.
Because this is real, performance-based field work tied to a registered LLP, the entry process is deliberate. We verify identity, walk you through the agreement, and only then issue your licence. Every clause has its own T&Cs — we’ll share the current agreement document by email when you initiate the application.
Verify your legal ID
Government-issued photo ID. Required before any licence is issued.
Sign the consultant agreement
Each clause has its own T&Cs — read carefully or ask us by email.
Receive your licence
Your authorised consultant identifier + the materials you need to start ethically.
Eight steps. No surprises.
- 01
Apply with your legal identity
Submit a valid government-issued ID and a brief introduction. We review every application before issuing a consultant licence.
- 02
Read, understand and sign the consultant agreement
Every clause — commission, conduct, payouts, exit, weekly reporting — is documented. You only start once you've understood and signed. Each clause has its own T&Cs and you can ask us about any of them before signing.
- 03
Receive your Authorized Consultant licence
Once verified, you're added to the PGL consultant roster and given the materials you need to start ethically — official intro deck, approved talking points, and your unique referral identifier.
- 04
Reach prospective clients only through legitimate channels
Cold calling, social media outreach, your own network, and any verified and legal source — that's it. Misleading, spammy, or fraudulent outreach voids the licence.
- 05
Client pays ONLY through PGL's official payment gateway
Collecting cash, personal UPI or personal bank transfers is strictly prohibited and results in immediate licence suspension. This protects clients, protects you, and keeps everything documented.
- 06
PGL delivers the service and issues a GST invoice
Whether publishing, business setup, e-commerce, cyber-safety or a workshop — the PGL team completes the work and a GST invoice is issued in the client's name.
- 07
Your commission is released, backed by that invoice
Every payout maps to a verifiable GST invoice for actual work delivered. No invoice, no commission. Refunded clients void the related commission.
- 08
Submit your end-of-week report every Sunday
A short, structured email each Sunday: what you did this week, what worked, what didn't, and why. Required for every active consultant — no exceptions.
Stated openly. Backed by GST invoices.
A fixed 28% commission on every successful, GST-invoiced lead — across any PGL service.
The percentage is reviewed based on your performance and conversion record. High performers may move up; underperformers may move down or exit.
- Every payout is backed by a verifiable GST invoice — full transparency, no guesswork.
- Commission is voided on full refunds — if a client takes a full refund, the related commission does not apply.
- Each clause has its own detailed T&Cs — we share the current document by email when you apply.
Where you can reach prospects
- Cold calling (with respectful disclosure)
- Social media outreach (no spam, no false promises)
- Your personal network
- Workshops, college campuses, community events
- Any verified, legal lead source
Conduct that voids your licence
- Collecting payment personally (cash, personal UPI, personal bank transfer)
- Misleading prospects with fake guarantees or inflated outcomes
- Using PGL branding without authorisation
- Recruiting other consultants for commission (we do that ourselves)
- Sharing confidential client information
End-of-week consultant report
Every active consultant emails a short structured update by end of day Sunday: what you did this week, what worked, what didn’t, and the reason. It keeps the relationship transparent on both sides and lets PGL help you sooner when something isn’t clicking.
Format is shared with your onboarding email. Missing reports without a stated reason can pause your licence.
Official PGL Consultant Certification
Consultants who actively work for at least 6 months receive an official PGL Consultant Certification — proof of authorised, performance-based field experience with a registered LLP.
If we part ways earlier due to underperformance, we still issue a Basics Certification reflecting the time you put in and the licence you held — so your time carries documented value either way.
We’re spelling this out because honesty matters.
28% Commission Structure
First 90 days at 28% across any PGL service; performance-reviewed after.
Free Internet Allowance
For active consultants — practical support for honest outreach.
That is the complete list of benefits. CQC does not include a salary, guaranteed minimum income, equipment, insurance, paid tours or retreats, counselling, or certification/recommendation guarantees beyond what’s described above. If another “opportunity” promises you all of those for referral work, be cautious.
Designed specifically to avoid the structures associated with scams.
- You earn from real product/service sales, never from recruiting people. There is no downline, no tiered recruitment income, and no joining fee to 'buy in.'
- Payments flow only through PGL's official gateway, never into a consultant's personal account.
- Every payout maps to a verifiable GST invoice for actual work delivered.
- Commission rates are stated openly (28% for the first 90 days, then performance-reviewed) rather than hidden or 'explained later.'
- Realistic expectations are stated upfront — most people should honestly evaluate within 2–3 months whether this fits them.
Honest disclosure beats inflated promises.
- This is commission-based income; results depend entirely on your effort, ethics, and conversion ability.
- Give it an honest 2–3 month evaluation. If it doesn't fit you, that's okay — exit gracefully.
- Never collect payments personally — doing so voids your licence and may trigger legal review.
- Commission is voided if a client takes a full refund.
- No guaranteed minimum income. No promises of fast money.
- Weekly Sunday report is mandatory — missing reports without reason may pause your licence.
